I was honored this week to spend some time with a few very courageous women. Their husbands all have PTSD just as The Captain does. They allowed me to come in and share my story of struggles and success. I am forever grateful they allowed me to be a part of their time in recovery.
If you are dealing with PTSD and are looking for a place to start your journey this is one I highly recommend.
